We have experience supporting federal agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Department of State – OBO, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Park Service (NPS), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), and the United States Air Force (USAF).

Our team is highly skilled in developing and managing construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project and in preparing both parametric and detailed cost estimates using a wide range of industry-standard tools. These include software platforms such as MII, Success Estimator, PACES, PC-Cost, On-Screen Takeoff, Oasis Takeoff, and ConstructConnect Takeoff, along with cost databases such as RSMeans. We also bring specialized expertise in life cycle costing, economic analysis, facility planning, and federal documentation standards including DD1391, 3086, and 1354, as well as CSI and O&M reporting.

In addition to federal clients, we have experience working with respected academic institutions and regional agencies including James Madison University (JMU), Gallaudet University, Anne Arundel County (AACO), Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA), Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA), Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC), Prince William County (PWC), and the Smithsonian Institution.
